Where does the passion go?

People don’t start businesses because they want things to stay the same. They start them because they feel strongly about something. They don’t always verbalize it, they don’t always have the perfect words, but they all have that passion.

We think that we can’t do something, or no one will understand, or responsibilities and realities get in the way of what we once thought was possible. We get trapped in a prison of our own making.

Eventually, we’re forced to ask the question:

Are you running the business you wanted, or is the business running you?

But reality has its way

with all of us.
