12 IRL Group Sessions
Each monthly Spark Session brings us together in person for a critical agenda of structured brainstorming, strategizing + problem solving, group learning, and monthly goal setting. (FYI: Every member gets 1 excused absence year.)
Every quarter, each member meets 1:1 with me — either in-person or over Google Meet. This is when we’ll sit with your goals, ensure you have personal + professional alignment with your vision, and aren’t rushing the process.

Plan, document, and analyze your individual progress with a user-friendly Tracker in Google sheets. Used collectively and individually to support your wins, we’ll set concrete markers and metrics together in your first 1:1 session.
